I went to every castle, (sometimes climbing in illegealy at night), and hidden gem of a mideavel town or city I could find in Deautchland, then I started branching out to the neighbouring countries. I can not speak as to current conditions, but 20 years ago I liked Belgium very much.

I “only” know Dutch, French and English. In the future I’d like to learn Spanish too. Knowing 4 languages would be great.
Brugge is nice, Gent is great, but dont forget to go to Antwerp! Nightlife there is the best!
