Best ADS for International Buyers?

Hello, I wanted to buy an ADS, but there are only a few options for me, at least economically speaking, since I live in a third world country with a crazy president, which lead to an unprecedented devaluation of our local currency.

Years ago I had a Penimaster Pro, but the glan chamber was way too small for my penis head, so it always slippered away. Otherwise the replacement parts are quite expensive for me (tried the non vacuum chamber, but bands only lasted 2 weeks each). Is there another vacuum ADS with a slight bigger glans chamber and cheaper?

Also tried one knockoff from Aliexpress, but its maximum length was only 18cm.

Have you still got the penimaster? You could maybe buy a new head for it. Might be cheaper.

Yes, both the classic and the pro model. It seems the head replacement is still the same size, so it won`t help much, but I think I’ll ending up buying some belt replacements, albeit it’s more painful to use on the classic mode and its price.

I meant a 3rd party head. Something like the autoextender vacextender without the base. Maybe other people can suggest other options for you.
