Best age to start PE?

Just wondering people’s views on the best possible age to start PE and why?..

18. Most (if not all) of the natural penis growth has already ocurred but the body is still ready and willing. Also, that’s when it becomes legal to surf these boards.

I found thunder’s in around 2001. I was 14 and I jelqed for a little bit think I gained a quarter of an inch. Stopped at 7 inches, then luckily between 15-18 I naturally grew another inch. To bad I’m still insecure with 8.

Some people’s units still grow past the age of 18 (like me) so wouldnt this be the best time to utilise PE?

I don’t think there is a “best age” per se as we are all different physiologically. But I think there is an overall “best time”.

That time being when we reasonably can’t expect the penis to grow much more, if any, naturally, and there is a genuine want to have a larger cock, as well as the willingness and discipline needed to do the work, and the sobriety needed to practice pe in a safe manner.

I think that especially the later is of the greatest importance; whats a bigger dick worth if on the road to acquiring it you damaged it to the point of dysfunction?
