Hello, yes I’m a newbie.. I have come here to ask what the best exercise is for building girth.. My girl friend says I’m perfect length wise but I could be thicker.. Any help here would be great.. I’ve seen on video that shows a good example.. Just wondering what has given everyone else a boost in girth! Thanks!

Start with jelqs, gradually increase tension. You will see a boost if you do everyday, and do it though enaugh (not hurting yourself of course). The next step may be clamping, but not before you do good enaugh jelqs.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Do the newbie routine for 3 months. Then start clamping, Ulis and horses.

Yes, Jelqing Helped me a to gain volume a bit.
I can see a definite increase in my Girth by doing only Jelqing and a bit of stretching(it is hurting a bit) so I am depending mostly only Jelqs.

Can any one suggest other best newbie exercises.

Jelqing will help you gain in girth.
