Best manual stretch routine

Hey guys, just finishing up my newbie routine of about 5 months.. I’m looking for a good manual stretch routine I’ll do on top of some girth work.
I’ve ended my newbie routine doing the following:
2x 30 seconds down to the right
2x 30 sec down to the left
2x 30 sec each side but upwards
1x 90 second between the checks downward stretch
Sometimes straight out for 2 sets of 30 sec if I’m feeling good.

What are some routines I can do to elaborate, and what were your gains w them?

Sounds like about the same to what I do, maybe throw a wrist fulcrum in there for 30 seconds as well.


Current Stats NBPEL 6.5" (maximum erection) BPEL 7" (maximum erection) MSEG 5.2" BSEG 5.3" NBPFSL 7" BPFSL 7.2"

Goal (Let's just call it 8x6, eh?)

Fulcrums down and to the side.

I suggest you sort out your length goals before you transition to girth.
