Hey all,

I’m 5 weeks into consistently doing PE. I’m doing the newbie routine and I warm up & do manual stretches in the shower before getting out and jelqing. I’ve recently added a Bath mate to my routine.

In the shower I alternate between manual stretching and pumping, so, it goes stretch, pump, stretch, pump, stretch, pump. Would it make more sense to do all of my stretching at once and then do all of my pumping rather than alternating? I’m wondering if it doesn’t make sense having to go from limp back to hard so much, it feels less efficient time-wise but I’ll do whatever promotes more growth.

Normally with the bathmate (which is for girth) guys jelq or edge in between sets, so it would be bm for 5, jelq, bm, etc…

when I’ve used the bm I would stretch before and after my routine. If your looking for length gains don’t hold your breath it’s not what the bm is known for. Most of my girth gains from the bm were not permanent either. If your intent on pumping and at this point you shouldn’t be, get an air pump with a gauge.
