Is my stretch & pump routine logical?
Hey all,
I’m 5 weeks into consistently doing PE. I’m doing the newbie routine and I warm up & do manual stretches in the shower before getting out and jelqing. I’ve recently added a Bath mate to my routine.
In the shower I alternate between manual stretching and pumping, so, it goes stretch, pump, stretch, pump, stretch, pump. Would it make more sense to do all of my stretching at once and then do all of my pumping rather than alternating? I’m wondering if it doesn’t make sense having to go from limp back to hard so much, it feels less efficient time-wise but I’ll do whatever promotes more growth.
