Including JAI Stretch in my routine ?
I have one month in PE with this routine:
4 min hot wrap
about 10 min manual stretch (ten 30 seconds stretches)
about 20 min of jelq (four hundred 2 seconds strokes)
10 squeeze ULI
3 min hot wrap
100-150 kegels 2 seconds holds each
Schedule: 5 days ON / 2 days OFF
I started with 15.3 cm = 6.02 inch length and 12.5 cm = 4.9 inch middle circumference girth
Now I have: 15.6 cm = 6.15 inch ength and 13.00 cm =5.12 inch girth
My intention is to include in my routine JAI Stretch, but I don’t know when.
Before (together with my manual stretch routine) or after jelking and squeezing?
