7:05 DLD Blaster
2:00 15 sets of 15 kegels
10 sets of 15 reverse kegels
2:10 TASS Stretch (100 for the first week increasing 50 each
week)
2:25 Hot wrap w/ 10 sets of 10 kegels and 10 sets of 10 reverse
kegels
2:40 Gandolf’s Uli, Horse 440 and Balooning
2:50 Lazy Ass Stretch or Fowfer while I’m homeworking
5:40 DLD Blaster w/ 500 wet jelqs
11:00 Testicle Massage and JAI Stretch
11:15 Hot shower
