Overhauled my P.E. Routine better results
Haven’t been here in a few weeks or so, it’s been a very busy summer so far!!
I’ve completely overhauled my old P.E. Routine that I’ve been using for years.
I mostly would rely on pumping my cock as I have about 7 different tubes that I’ve purchased
Over the years including the “forttroff” elyptical and vacutech elyptical thickwall tubes.
I would typically do 100-200 over hand downward jelq’s then get the pump on.
My aim would be to pump whatever tube I was using within 1-2hrs with breaks every
10-20mins or as needed with 50-100 downward jelq’s during a break.
I would ALWAYS make sure to use low pressure throughout the session or stop if
Discoloration would occur.
I’d also use warm water pumping in the tube and would change the water every 10-15mins.
I found this really helped to fatten up and lengthen my cock much quicker without darkening
Of the skin (which would be the result of using too much pressure too quickly).
During the pump session, I’d rotate the tube to the right and then the left 10x’s in
Each direction (Compare it to a manual rotating stretch).
I would typically finish with 50-100 downward jelq’s and either soak my cock in hot water
For a bit or take a hot shower.
Since I’ve been back on the board’s, I’ve been reading other manual exercises and thought
This would be better than forcing my cock to grow with pumping.
My new routine I have tried the 2 days on, 1 day off thing and found at least for me it takes
Away results as I strongly feel your cock will grow best with rest.
I would notice after the two days, I would experience “TEMPORARY” shrinkage. I would take
Two days off and immediately the night time and morning would is very strong!!
So the following I do one day on, one day off:
Warm up:
1. Soak in hot water for 5mins (helps loosens up your up and provides max circulation)
2. Downward pull with two hands 20 second count
3. Upward pull with two hands 20 second count
4. Soak in hot water for 1-2mins
5. Grasping the head with the right hand over hand grip pulling
To the side for a 10-20 second count
6. Grasping the head with the left hand over hand grip pulling
To the side for a 10-20 second count
7. Soak in hot water for 1-2mins
8. Grasping the head with either hand with a pull, I pull my cock upward
A few times, then downward a few times, then I pull straight up and rotate
Left 5x’s, then right 5x’s.
I find this series of stretches get my cock really thick, hard, long and veiny
9. Soak in hot water for 1-2mins
10. I use sunflower oil for lube as it doesn’t block pores.
I do 100-200 downward jelq’s with the “OK” symbol in both hands
11. Soak in hot water 1-2mins.
12. Upwards jelq 100-200 reps with a reverse “OK” grip
13. Soak in hot water 1-2mins
14. 100-200 jelq’s with my cock in between my index and middle fingers
15. Soak in hot water 1-2mins
16. I then reverse step 14’s grip going vertically with the jelq 100-200 reps
17. Soak in hot water 1-2mins
18. Re lube and use my Fortroff elyptical Vacuum Pump for 10-20mins with breaks
Every 2-3mins. This way, I find it keeps the hard, veiny look (more blood which is good)
Then the puffy look.
I soak once or twice in hot water in between with a few downward and upward “OK” jelq’s
Before putting the pump back on.
19. Once I finish, I do 100 downward “OK” jelq’s and 100 upward “OK” jelq’s.
20. Soak in hot water 1-2mins
I know the steps may seem like a lot, but it really only takes me about 30mins.
This has been giving me great results than my old routine for 2hr pumping with breaks every 15mins.

From what I’ve read, this would be a typical “newbie” routine with some of my own modifications.
When I changed my routine over a month ago, I started out very lightly and worked up to this.
I was going through a situational stress period and stopped my P.E. For several days as I
Experienced some shrinkage.
I stayed away from caffeine except maybe 1 cup of black tea, got more sleep, took a few days
Off working out and made sure I always had good food, and lot’s of water.
I started back up with my P.E. This week with NOOO pumping, just the manual routine. The first
Two days were great and I added 20mins of pumping in my routine yesterday.
All night wood and morning wood today.
It hangs long, thick and veiny so the key is to be sure you’re healthy.
