Whatsup fellow hangers? Next Sunday will conclude my deconditioning break from hanging, and I’ve come up with my new routine…looking for some input on it. My deconditioning break lasted a little over a month and in that time, my BPFSL went from 7.6 to 7.4, but my EL went from 7.1 to 7.2! I accredit it to doing kegels every other day. Kegels make my dick so hard I think it may burst.

As for the routine-basically I’m going to hang 6.5 pounds for a total hang time of 1 hour and fifteen minutes everyday for 1 month straight. If not everyday, then I will still try my best to get in a total of 8.75 hours of hang time a week. Also wearing my PE weights when I’m not hanging or sleeping.

In addition to the hanging and ADS I was considering doing some wet jelqs at night prior to bed. Nothing serious, just 5-10 minutes of jelqing to help my dick get engorged with blood and hopefully help transfer those flaccid gains to erect gains. This is where I was hoping to get yall’s input.

What do yall think about the jelqing? I feel jelqing would be an excellent addition to a hanging routine since it will engorge the penis with blood and isn’t as intense as clamping. Also, I always saw jelqing as more of a length gaining exercise since I gained an inch of length from it.

Hey Ocelot ,how are you my friend? I Jelq no matter what other PE I’m engaged in.In other words I am currently hanging OTS ,pumping,and Jelqing.I was doing manual stretches,and Jelqing.I was also hanging SO and Jelqing.My Jelq sessions may not be as intense or as long as when I was Newbie, but I always incorporate them into whatever routine I’m into.No matter what your current routine looks like ,it’s always a good idea to finish it off with a good jelq session.Wet or dry is a matter of choice.

I’m hoping the jelqing in combination with the hanging will work for me. Only one way to find out I suppose.

Also, chainz, did you finish all your PE sessions with a jelq? What I’ve been doing so far this week is hang everyday in the morning and then I jelq for 10 minutes at night, 4 days of the week.
