Hows my routine look to you
I’m in my 3rd week but I realized after about 2 weeks I was jelquing too fast :(
For the last 5 days I have set a routine I do every day in the shower.3 days on 1 off.:
10 min warm up with rice in sock
8, 15 second stretches in each direction.right, left, down and up.
300 3-4 second jelqs.this is where I was doing it wrong I was going too fast when I first started so now I have a wrist watch in the shower and now I have the rythem down.
10 min warm down with rice sock
I skip kegals right after because I do about 75-100 throughout the entire day.
Then if I’m up to it I do some edging or whatever you call it.
