Best PE Routine?

I have been PE ing since March 2018. So it’s been a little over 3 years. I started with the newbie routine and manual stretches, mostly. Slowly graduated to hanging (upto 7 pounds). Also tried the Angion Method. But of all exercises, I have found JAI to be the most effective, safe, less time consuming, can be done anywhere exercise. It’s a manual stretch plus ADS routine. Coupled with 3-4 sessions of edging per week, results are as good as hanging 1 hr everyday. I was below average, around 5 inches. Now my unit is almost 6 inches and thicker.

Nice gains. Do you measured bone pressed from 5 to 6 inches or NBP. Still if it is NBP amazing gains. My goal is 1 inch gain from 6 bp (5nbp) to 7 inch bp (6nbp). If you are 6 NBP you are above average for sure 100%. Dont believe all the averages from sites.

The concensus average is about 5.5” bpel and 4.6” eg

Wikipedia reports the study of 15,571 men resulting in an average of 5.2” bpel and 4.6” eg.

How many sets and reps do you do for JAI stretches? How many is recommended?

I think 5.5 bpel is not the average. Thats way too small. That means the average is around 4.5-5 NBPEL. Also i think size is linear to your height for 97% of the people.

Facts state otherwise. You can’t believe what you see in porn. Porn uses camera tricks to make dicks look bigger than they are. Scientists have tried to find a reliable correlation to penis size and other body parts: foot size, finger size, height, and others, and have not found anything reliable. The best correlation was to height, but it is not a strong relationship.

My measurements are BPEL. I do JAIs whenever I get time. Although I have been a consistent PEer but I could never devote more than 10-15 mins a day, on an average. I am sure if I had invested a little more time I would have gained more.

What is your size goal? Did you have good starting measurements?

I thought along the same lines. That’s the average. Porn, or any media source that you consume regularly, has the ability to shape your reality. Whether true or false.

But why would people measure Bone pressed? If you ask someone who doesn’t have any relation with PE or 99% of all men in the world measure your penis, they will measure NBP. Why would the average be 5.5? I know the average in The Netherlands is around 15.5cm nbp or BP i don’t know. The people who measured didn’t get instructions on how to measure so all of them measured NBP for sure. That’s why my own goal is 6inch+ so I can be average or I think above average in my country. My penis is now 13.5 nbp and it looks big compared to amateur porn so I know the average of the world isn’t 15.5cm. The average height in the Netherlands is 184cm so pretty tall. I think penis size for most % of the people is based on your height and 5 nbp seems to small. Maybe in America or England but here in the Netherlands No way.

1) Bone pressed is the most accurate method of measurement.
2) Bone pressed is the method used by the medical profession (because it is the most accurate).
3) Bone pressed is the preferred method used on Thunders.

Where are you getting the information on average penis size for the Netherlands? Is it from a medical study where medical staff did the actual measuring? Or perhaps a self reported study where individuals submitted their own information?

You keep saying “you think” but the facts do not support your opinion. Height is not a good correlation to penis size, as has been confirmed by scientific study.

According to Wikipedia, the average height for males in the Netherlands is 180.8 cm (5’ 11”) and in the US 175.7 cm (5’ 9”). The Netherlands has the largest average height of most of the countries shown in the Article. I say most because I did not review all of them.

Is this thread still able to respond? I’m currently into the newbie routine and have done PE before, now due to a long halt I’ve been starting everything from scratch once again, I would like to ask If I can use an ADS instead of a hanger since it’s more cost effective?

Why not use the newbie routine to condition yourself first? There’s plenty of time for devices later.
