Bay, the experience of other around here, and even your own experience (did I mention your 6 months of no gains) disproves your “stretch like there’s no tomorrow” theory. Overstretching, especially on a newbie dick, will only serve to kick the body into self-protection mode toughening up your ligs and making you work even harder than if you had just listened to those around here with more experience.

And using “pro solution pills” and “guaranteed” in the same sentence makes me sincerely doubt your sincerity. You’re not just saying they work (again, in contrast to the vast majority of those that have tried them around here) but you’re saying that jelqing without them can make you a “no gainer”. Something’s fishy in Denmark… er… Tennessee.

Plenty of guys have gotten good results using conservative techniques. I personally got most of my gains using a very gentle routine.

Please also refrain from pushing “penis pills” on this site. Consider this a strong warning.

Why would blood flow help you with stretching your ligs?
If you would do girth work, more blood flow might be beneficial, however your spam pills will not do very much to increase that. Maybe you would like to prove me wrong by publishing a peer reviewed scientific study.

I had real good results doing manual stretching as the first exercise after warm wrap. I don’t think I ever did manual stretches for more than five minutes before moving on to pumping/jelking, both of which exercises do some stretching of their own.

As should ALL of us newbs do when someone suggests something that either goes against your gut, or goes against what you perceive as contrary to common experience here at Thunder’s. It’s not to say that every new idea is wrong, or that general consensus is infallible, hell I’ve got some of my own ideas that go against the grain. But when somebody comes along with something as asinine as “newbie routines are designed to waste your time” and “I held my stretches for 30 minutes with no rest from the very beginning” it only takes 2 minutes to click on his name, view all his posts and find out that his 30 second stretch as hard as you can routine got him no gains in six months. (If you can even believe that post given the rest of his well thought out, honest posts.)

Yea bro I usually do a similar routine. Actually identical. Manual stretch for 5 mins and then I move to jelqing. Thinking about upping to ten though. Not quite yet though.

My best way to stretch is just after a shower, when the penis is nice and loose and workable, it is easy to grip without too much pressure, if it still is a bit slippery, use baby powder to ingrease grip. Massage afterwards.
