Best way to STRETCH

Hey, I’m curious what the way to stretch is without damaging the penis. And I don’t mean over pulling the penis. I mean how can you get an effective stretch, without cutting off circulation to the glans. I have a problem with cutting the circulation off because I’m trying to get a good pull. I know cutting off circulation can pop vessels and I want to be sure I’m doing it right.

Try not to squeeze so hard on the glans. Place you’re thumb on top of the glans and fingers on the bottom. I find this better than griping where the glans starts. ;)

I use baby powder and a folded toilet paper. My problem is skin chaffing. I have read some about using the wenchette as an manual stretching aid and think it sounds like a good deal.

Problem is finding parts here in Norway.

Anyone tried this?

I think I grab my dick the same way as explained above. The thumb kind of on top the head and finger just below the head. I don’t really have to squeeze anything to get a good grip this way. Everyone is different though and you should be careful when grabbing close to your head.

A stretch that I think would be a good one for you to do is like this: stand up and grab your dork as explained above. Pull it down between your legs and close the legs together so they trap your fist behind your quads. Now stand up a little straighter to put tension on your stretched dick while keeping your legs closed tight. You should feel some soreness in your lower abdomen— If you don’t, try grabbing with your other hand. Now do a nice big kegel. While you do the kegel, slowly flex and then relax your quads, abs and ass too. Just flex everything pretty much below your belt. I do these in sets of 30- 50. If you do them right your lower abs will feel sore as hell (I say lower abs but I think what you really feel is the ligs, which is good). Be careful when doing these.

But that still cuts off circulation slack, anyway to prevent?

When I stretch I pull for 30 minutes, I don’t take a break, I don’t care about pain.

Those 30 and 60 second pulls are garbage. There’s nothing to it but to do it.

How the heck do you stretch for 30 mins?

PAIN IS NOT GOOD.
