I think I grab my dick the same way as explained above. The thumb kind of on top the head and finger just below the head. I don’t really have to squeeze anything to get a good grip this way. Everyone is different though and you should be careful when grabbing close to your head.
A stretch that I think would be a good one for you to do is like this: stand up and grab your dork as explained above. Pull it down between your legs and close the legs together so they trap your fist behind your quads. Now stand up a little straighter to put tension on your stretched dick while keeping your legs closed tight. You should feel some soreness in your lower abdomen— If you don’t, try grabbing with your other hand. Now do a nice big kegel. While you do the kegel, slowly flex and then relax your quads, abs and ass too. Just flex everything pretty much below your belt. I do these in sets of 30- 50. If you do them right your lower abs will feel sore as hell (I say lower abs but I think what you really feel is the ligs, which is good). Be careful when doing these.
