Best ways to stay hard General questions
So I am starting with the beginner routine, the one with the basic stretches, jelqs, and kegels, and I have quite a few questions.
What methods do the PE veterans use to stay hard? I don’t bring my phone into the bathroom so I don’t look at porn during my routine because I am focused on the gains, and in the past my workouts were cut short because I simply couldn’t resist the sensation.
What would be the ideal erection level for each type of exercises (jelqs, kegels, stretches)?
How do I know if I’m doing kegels correctly? I’m always worried that I’m doing something wrong and that I’m wasting my time.
How important is it that I do the correct number of 200 jelqs? Often I only make it to 120 jelqs because I get tired.
How big can I realistically get and how long would it take to get there? I’m not tiny, but I’m not blessed with a magnum cock. I am currently around 5.2 hard and 3.1 soft (I forgot my girth measurements) and I am wondering if I can ever reach my goal of getting past 8.5 inches.
