If I can make this work even a little. I want to bring it up to a friend of mine.

Not in a pervy way. We are both mid 30s. I have pretty much the life that I wanted but he hasn’t progressed since high school. He wants it but he has really bad confidence issues.

We workout sometimes. I like to but I could take it or leave it. It really seems to mean something to him so I try to make the time.

So if I can offer some firsthand feedback on PE I think he would get excited to try it.

He’s 6’2 and 350-400?. Pretty big.

It sounds naive but if I’m like ” hay, I found a cool thing I can do it but you can’t.” That’ll be worse.
Otherwise I’ll try to kick up the cardio and wait on it.

I’m getting kind of worried. He’s been getting pretty dark when it comes to relationships and stuff. Like giving up.

What makes you think that he’s interested in PE over losing weight?

I think that physically, he would be fine. People are smart, we figure things out.

But based on what you first describe, a bit of weight loss might carry a bigger bang for the buck. But what do I know? I don’t even know him so at best this is all guesses and speculation. He might discover PE and early gains motivate him on his fitness journey as well. Good luck with that.

Does he have a small cock or his insecurities comes from his body shape in general?

Cause life is harder to a guy with low self esteem, regardless his penis size. If he never thought about his penis size, or if he doesn’t have a problem with it, I would never present PE to the guy. The negative side for a place like thunders happens when you start comparing yourself to other guys… If your mind is in order, Thunders and PE are awesome, but if doesn’t, it can be another problem. The mindset is important. Is he prepared to get motivated from the comparisons? Because, any sign of a no go to his PE journey, like an injury, like no results after months in… ca be a problem to an unprepared guy. And there is the risk of an injury. PE can be dangerous. So if he doesn’t have a problem with the image he has of his cock, let PE out. At least, till he gets confident after getting in a better shape with a healthier lifestyle. If he is fine with his cock, focus on determination, books like The power of habit from Charles Duhigg is an outstanding literature for someone trying to find a way to change something in life.

I’m not experienced enough to say if a very fat guy would have a problem to do PE, but I think he can stretch, jelq, clamp, pump, hang, ads… I don’t see a problem at all, but I’m not the best reference to say that.

This is spot on! I never considered that I may be inadequate until I discovered this site and PE in general. I found this site in search of ED solutions. Suddenly, my eyes were open to other “potential” issues. So I agree, don’t hand him a “problem” that he wasn’t looking for; especially if he is already struggling with something else.

I really didn’t consider that it might make his situation worse. I recall him saying something about it being “pretty bad” but that was about 15 years ago. I think I’ll just stick to doing it myself and keep pushing the health stuff.

I for one can speak of being overweight (actually considered obese), 5’ 10” & 290lbs, I have a big belly and am able to do PE and also use an extender. PE is very possible to do, the only issue I have is when I take measurements, those are difficult as I need a mirror in order to do it. Even when I wasn’t this big I had always felt a little self-confident about not my weight but my penis size, nothing leading to mental issues just a feeling I would like a slightly larger size. I have been able to gain a little in size in a little over 1 1/2 months since starting, so I would say if you find your buddy might benefit from PE he should be able to try it.
