Big Belly?
If I can make this work even a little. I want to bring it up to a friend of mine.
Not in a pervy way. We are both mid 30s. I have pretty much the life that I wanted but he hasn’t progressed since high school. He wants it but he has really bad confidence issues.
We workout sometimes. I like to but I could take it or leave it. It really seems to mean something to him so I try to make the time.
So if I can offer some firsthand feedback on PE I think he would get excited to try it.
I’m curious about if guys with big bellies can do the exercises?
He’s 6’2 and 350-400?. Pretty big.
It sounds naive but if I’m like ” hay, I found a cool thing I can do it but you can’t.” That’ll be worse.
Otherwise I’ll try to kick up the cardio and wait on it.
I’m getting kind of worried. He’s been getting pretty dark when it comes to relationships and stuff. Like giving up.
