Big breaks harmful to gains

Big breaks harmful to gains

Hi, this is my first post. I have been jelqing on and off for almost one year and I have gained a half inch in that time period. The problem is that I gained all of that length within the first month that I started jelqing and since then I haven’t had any gains. I think this is because I generally jelq in month long stints. My question is; If you take intermittent breaks during the year, but intersperse periods of intense PEing will gains be negligible? I had jelqed for two straight months a couple of months ago, but since then I have not jelqed for approximately one month. During my previous PE workout I was unable to make any gains, while gains seemed to come very quickly when I first started out. I can’t seem to get past that 7 inch marker, and I have still not gained any girth.

BPEL- 7.0’ in
Erect girth- 5.2’ in

No idea, really. Search for breaks and PE and deconditioning.

The search button is your best ally in the battle of PE.

Oh, almost forgot: welcome to Thunders!

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Bush,

Consistency is the key to gains. Jelqing intermittently will simply strengthen the tissues and make future gains even more difficult.

I agree and most of the time when gains stop you have to increase the exercise that got you the gains.

I hit a plateau in length after doing the manual exercises for a year and went to hanging. Hanging got me over the top and gains started coming again.

It is good to decondition for a week or two after 2-4 months of hard PEing.

Yes, but only if your gains have stalled. Do not stop just for the hell of it. Decondition (and I would say a minimum of 4 weeks) only after the gains have stopped.
