That’s easy, you just don’t measure. Look at it a long term project. Some guys don’t do well by measuring often, I am one of them.

well ive been doing PE now for just over 3 weeks and ive measured every time i get a chance to for the most part. What im saying is that the reason for me measuring in the first place was to see if PE really works. Which by the way ive already seen 1/2 in gain in both BPL and NBPL… These gains are what keeps me measuring to see if ive gained any more. I would think that everyone whould at least measure it after a month or so just to make sure PE works otherwise whats the point.

I don’t. I’ve been at this for 6 months now and I have measured three times. Once was just before starting PE. The point of PE, making my wife scream my name over and over and over. :D So I guess my measurement is in decibals. :chuckle:
