Big Q: cock ring or extender?

Hi!

I read many threads, but I have a dilemma. What’s best to do right after a routine? Put a cock ring for many hours/ all day or stretch the penis with/without an extender? (Also for many hours or all day until next routine) or just switch? Like 1day cock ring/ 1 day extender - 1hr cock ring / 1hr extender?

Cock ring for me has only given fluid build up.

With ads I get a heavy hanging unit after.

ADS IMO is way more efficient for growth

I like the effect of the ADS. Although I’m on rest at the moment from what looks to be over training, my flaccid hang is so impressive that it scared me. I didn’t know if it was swelling from injury or the beginnings of the growth that I’m looking for. My flaccid has gone from 6” x 4.75” to 6.25” x 5” after only a week. Obviously not permanent yet, but I haven’t worked out in three days and it’s still here.

I’ve only been using the ADS for a week so I’m not expert. I think that I applied too much stretch. But I’m responding and saying all of this because I do believe that done right, Edubsurf is right, it is more efficient and effective for growth than the cock ring.
