Big thoughts
Howdy everyone just wanted to thank you all for the no non-sense posts about PE. I would like a larger unit just as anyone else and have finally decided to start my PE program.
Provided I can get the privacy I need to dedicate myself to this program my plan is 5 days on and 2 days off with the following routine:
5 min hot wrap
5 min stretching
15 min jelqing (work up to 30 min after couple weeks)
5 min hot wrap
My stats are currently BPFL 11cm/ BPFG 12cm & BPEL 16cm/ BPEG 14cm (BPFL 4.3in/ BPFG 4.7in & BPEL 6.2in/ BPEG 5.5in for the non-metric inclined).
Will take another measurement in 6-8 weeks to track my progess and most definately get back with you all. After just one session my unit looks massive! I can only dream about what it will look like after 12 months of dedication.
Any suggestions to the routine would be appreciated thanks.
