That’s why I said the “no no no” part. But he definitely did some PE there, even if it was botched kinda PE. It’s still PE, just not the kind we want.

That guy ruined his dick. Deformed and discolored. Very disturbing to even look at it. He has to wrap it in plastic wrap to use it.
