Blood Flow

Blood Flow

Hi there!

First of all this is my first post on this forum and I would really like to emphasize how glad I am that this kind of forum exists. Many interesting topics have been discussed here. Great job!
Now to the subject of my problem. I know that this matter doesn´t really concern penis enlargement, put I’m asking anyhow because of the knowledge on this forum. It would really be appreciated if I could get some feedback on my problem.
I´ve been having problems getting my penis fully erect and this has been going on for some years now. I think I have some problem with my blood flow, Why do I think this is the problem? Well the problem often occurs when I lie down but not when I sit up so often. 33% of the times I have had sex I´ve had these problems and when I wank off it usually takes a long time to get really hard. The thing is I also have problems with my arm or leg falling asleep when in a bad position. Pretty common phenomenon I know.. But I get it faster than others. The point is I think that all this is related to bad blood circulation. Now my health. I´m 21 years old I workout 5-6 times (crossfit) a week and eat my vegetables. None smoker, but I drink alcohol once per week. No I don´t have a performance anxiety and I´m not gay.

I have tried taking supplements like l-arginine or l-citrulline to enhance blood flow and found that it works to some extent but I don´t really wanna take extra supplements all the time. So my question is if anyone have any recommendation about exercises or other methods they know of that can help.

Thank you in advance!
Tomas

Numbness in the extremities would indicate some spinal subluxation and nerve compression. Try a good chiropractor, or do the stretches and lower back adjustments yourself.

Also, incorporating circulatory herbs into your cooking is a great way to supplement without swallowing handfuls of pills every day. Cayenne, hawthorn, kelp, etc.

If they are not psychological, then usually erection problems are hormonal. Rarely are they physical but a common and easy fix is a lower spinal adjustment. Relieving pressure on the nerves that feed that area can go a long way. After that I would address your hormone levels, Testosterone, Thyroid, etc. There are great threads around here about hormones and other health topics.

Start (aug '09) 6x5

Current [(AUG'10) 7 x 5.25] [(OCT'10) 7.25 x 5.3] [(OCT'12) 7.5 x 5.5]

Death is real, it comes without warning and it cannot be escaped, therefore, Penis Enlargement

I agree with tootyfisty. It doesn’t sound like circulation to me. I have poor circulation due to cold injuries from my time in Alaska. They only present as cold hands. Your case sounds more physiologic to me.

Bpel: 7.625

I go through periods of time when erections aren’t 100% and I think it might be any one of a number of things, and then they come roaring back and I forget.

I think this is a natural part of being human, and fifty-two years old for me.

I have had cold and flu for nearly two months which doesn’t help.

Recently maca and cinammon brings me round.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Grateful for your response. Ok, thank you ill definitely try the herbs. Maybe I will try meeting an chiropractor as well, been having problem with poor posture a long time. Thats maybe the cause of my problem then. I really don´t think I have problems with my hormone levels though, I’m always horny and I have no problems ejaculating.

Regards
