Blood flows

Can you do PE manual exercises while on bed?, just want to know in case for the blood circulation

You can do them anywhere so get to it.

Really depends on what type of manual exercises you are doing.

With manual stretching, I think any position would be perfectly fine.

With doing jelqing, uli’s, or other girth oriented manual exercises, I prefer to do it sitting with my back straight as that seems to promote a fuller engorgement due to blood flow.
