Blood out of penis

I was doing pretty aggressive jelqs in the downward direction in the shower at maybe 80-85% hard, and then I noticed a small spot of blood on the ground. Then I looked at my penis and there was a little bit of blood at the hole of the penis. I’m kind of worried. But it didn’t hurt that bad and really hasn’t affected anything at all. Anyone have that happen before?

Also, twice, I’ve felt something sort of snap at the base of my penis. That’s scary too.. Also doesn’t affect anything.

If you are new to PE, lighten up some on the aggressiveness. Too much, too soon is a lot more likely to slow your progress than too little will.

In my opinion it would hel you to take a few days off. Personally I’d go at least a week before starting up again. With 80-85% erection also might be a little too hard for a beginner. I always jelq with a 55-65% erection with no problems. As Thunder said you might want to lighten up the intensity also. You don’t have to have a death grip on your dick to get the job done. I only grip hard enough to move enough blood into my glans that I can see it visibly swell and get tight. Hope this helps you out and good luck with your gains.

I agreed with both ThunderSS and ndk. I just got something to add, warming up and penis massage before and after PEing helps to reduce red spots and bruises.

I think you answered your own question.

“Pretty aggressive” jelqing, especially for a newbie, is a definate no-no.

Take a week off then come back, but not as rough this time ….

Oh yeah and as far as the popping sound, do a search on lig pops. It should bring up some info for you.

I thought blood coming out of the penis was a sign that you were jelqing too hard. There are a ton of threads around here about it, just search and you will find.
