I have a very small amount blood coming out of my urethra when I stretch. Does any one have an idea what is happening.

You broke a small internal blood vessel. Back off on the force you are using, especially if you are just starting and haven’t gotten conditioned yet to PE. Take a week off first to heal up.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
