One huge problem we have as a community is the lack of dedication and discipline to keep track of progress.
There is no way to track progress by “feel” like “I feel like my dick is stretching more” or by “guess” “My guess is that I have gains because my stretcher feels more relax”
This is the reason why the religion of science laugh at us, and for doctors is so easy to debunk what we do, if we do a cheesy half ass job.
We have to measure strictly, absolutely every single time, before and after.
I repeat again as I have explained before, before BPFSL means before you even touch your dick. As you attempt to do your routine, drop your pants, slowly pull your dick out, measure BPFSL pushing the ruler as hard as you can against the bone, using always the exact same spot of the bone.
Then after. After means as soon as you finish your workout, remove all hardware, then immediately you pull your dick out, measure again BPFSL pushing the ruler as hard as you can against the bone, using always the exact same spot of the bone.
Repeat this process every single day, or every time you do PE, and write them down.
example:
04/05/21
Pre BPFSL 54.2cm
Post BPFSL 54.6cm
And so on for absolutely every single day, or every day of PE. No exceptions. The loss of one day of measurements has catastrophic consequences.
Imagine if economists at a government level said “nah…we are not going to measure the economy daily or even weekly. We will see at the end of the year how it goes” That right there makes up for a shitty 4th world country. That is not the way to do things.
True, some people say “I will measure at the end of the month or at the end of my routine cycle”. Cool, you will still of course see the difference, but, it is a disservice to the community, not to mention there is no way to track progress in the future. Trust me, if you succeed with a routine, and time goes by, there is no way you will remember how was the progress of your routine. If you ever want to replicate it, it will be gone. No evidence of it. Tracking progress on a daily basis with Pre and Post BPFSL, will allow you to specifically go back to any point int time during the routine and see results. Of course this is under a specified constant routine, not with variations on a daily basis.
This is just am advise. Take it or leave it. If we wanna find better techniques, tweak existing technologies, routines, it is very helpful for all of us to have those variables on hand and eventually put them all on a database to improve our science.
I believe we can grow bigger dicks together instead of single rogue elements.
