BPFSL pre and post workout question
Hello boys
I have one question. I am in my 3rd week of PE and I can’t see any difference between my BPFSL before my stretches and after.
I do feel my septum being really strong and "unstretchable".
I am using a rice sock for warm up, heat is not an issue. It’s like it just refuses to stretch, though I feel a little pressure on the septum / ligs.
Is 2 weeks to soon to notice a difference between pre and post workout BPFSL?
