Breaking it down
I’m sorry if this has been asked before but I can’t seem to find the answer on here! I’ve been browsing the forums a while now and I’ve done the newbie routine on and off, I’m useless at holding down a set routine, so my question is:
Instead of doing the 200 jelqs off in one go, could I break them up in the day? Let’s say 10 times 20 jelqs throughout the day? Or 5 times 40?
Would I still get the same effects or gains as doing them in one go?
