I recently became interested in breath work mainly as a stress reducer. After watching several YouTube videos of Wim Hoff and testimony’s of results I began breathing exercises last week. The results on BPFSL are encouraging. I am seeing a 3 - 4% increase immediately after a 10 minute breath work routine with no heat or pre stretching. This is about what I was usually see after a good 30 minute stretching routine. I am curious if anyone else has incorporated it into a routine?

I’m familar with Wim Hof and half heartedly started his exercises.

Couldn’t say anything as I’m the one at fault; I really did it half-arsed.

I am just focused on his breath work routine mainly. I hate ice water, so 30 second cold showers are about all can tolerate at this point. He has been able to show modern science things thought impossible can be done with stress and relaxation. I never thought it would have any effect on BPFSL, but I assume it is leading me to a much deeper level of relaxation. I would like to get back into PE, and I think utilizing this technique with ultrasound could be a game changer.


Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

Sounds great. I would like to know why this happens though, maybe we get looser IC or BC and we pull more penis when relaxed after breath work.

I am not sure why, other than it puts you body in a extremely deep state of relaxation. After 5 cycles I am in a completely different state of mind my fingers and toes are tingling. On the 5th cycle you are holding your breath for 2.5 minutes with no air in your lungs, and no feeling of needing to breathe.

I hope others will try it and report back. He has a free breathing exercise app on his website.

Ha-Ha! Yes!

Those cold showers are a bitch, ain’t they? I could only dial down the temp a fair level during the summer with a couple cold seconds at the end (on the shoulders, extremities an all that)

It’s the breath work I was primarily interested in; my thoughts being they synergistically complement each other, I master the breathing and it might make the cold shower’s easier.
