Even though it’s warranted for 3 years, the guys at msp-concept are not responding to my emails about my broken penimaster

On May 3, 2005 I sent emails to versand@msp-concept.de and info@penis.de.

With no response, on May 5, 2005 I sent a follow up email to versand@msp-concept.de, info@penis.de, and infoservice@msp-concept.de.

Still without a response, I suggest buyers beware.

I’m completely sure.

It is just two days, that seems a little soon for a reply, especially if they are “swamped”.

I suppose you’re right Mr. Nine. I would have at least expected a “we got your message, and will contact you shortly” or some such, though.

I got a reply today.

Sounds promising at this point — I have to send a picture of the broken pieces and they’ll send me a new one for free. Alternatively, I can mail the broken pieces to them.

Just thought everyone’d like to know that I received the replacement today.

I was expecting just the broken parts, but I got a brand new kit!
