Bruises from jelqing - bursting or just friction?

The situation is pretty simples I guess…
I have some very light “spotting red bruises” after my jelqing session and my doubt is:

—- Are the bruises from bursting my penis from the inside (capilars, etc.) or it’s just from the friction in the skin? —-

They leave very soon and I’m hoping that they’re from bursting rather than from friction, this way I’ll know I’m in the right path. :P

Your grip is to hard.

They sound to me that they are from bursting. I do not think that that is the right path, though, or at least not the right extreme in that path.

Basically, what kingpole said. I think that PE seeks to expand tissues, not to burst them.
