BTC sitting down- Question

So I’ve been at it for 3 months (newbie routine) now and I’ve gained about 1 inch in length and .5 in girth. Very happy with the results!! But I wanted to try some stretches while I’m sitting at my desk at work. The BTC stretch I was thinking. So what do you veterans think on 3 10 min sets on sitting on my unit at work with the BTC? To much? My “bib lots” at about 9 o’clock so I thought it would be a good extra stretch to do while I was working.

Thoughts?

How did you gain 1x0.5” when there are guys out there who have done this shit for a whole year without any gains?

I did the newbie routine. Honestly I’ve not read many doing this “shit” for a year and not get any gains. I have stuck to the routine and I enjoy doing it.

Most of the folks here don’t believe Bib’s lot theory anymore.

I hang most of the time at my desk while I’m working on the computer. But I attach a pulley to the bottom of the desk, then string the cord from the weights, through the pulley, and then to my hanger.

If you’ve only been doing PE for 3 months, I’d suggest that you go slow with hanging. Start with a low weight (3 or 4 lbs) and short time on each set to see how it goes.

Thanks Ernie for the reply. I didn’t know that about bibs lot theory. I was doing it for 3 days and I got a little to much fatigue from that much of it.

I wanted something I could do at work in my office. I work with others so I can’t really hang and my newbie routine takes about an hour and a half at home as it is. I can barely fit it in but I do love doing it.

I keep on the newbie workout till I stop getting gains and then make some decisions from there.
