Burst Capillaries from Air Pumping

Burst Capillaries from Air Pumping

Hi All,

Posting in the new member section but I’ve been active in PE for a year. I’ve progressed from the new routine where I made some solid gains, but now I’ve been focused on girth for the past 4 months. I’ve been air pumping and overall things are going really well. I have a routine which is 5 days on and 2 days off (weekends). I pump for 3 sets of 10-15 in a range of 4-7 Hg. I pump using two tubes, a Leluv 1.75 and an LA Pump elliptical 1.75. I warm up with jelqs and do a combination of jelqs and squeezes between pump sets. I also finish with an edging session and some extra squeezes.

My question: On Monday (first day back after my weekend break), I always get bruising and burst capillaries across my mid shaft from my 1st pump set. This does not happen on other pump sets throughout the week. Almost as if I have to “condition” my dick to the pump at the start of every week. I do a solid warm of jelqs and light squeezes and my first pump set is 5 minutes at < 4 hg. Even at such a short duration and low vacuum, I get red spots throughout my mid shaft. These aren’t tiny dots, these are like burst capillaries that leave red bruises. As I said before, this only happens on my first pump set of the week and the bruising will subside over a day or two.

Any advice on how I can avoid this? I don’t want to end of discoloring my shaft from repeated bruising and it’s somewhat inconvenient to my stealth PE endeavors. I use Fire Goat Rolls, Edging, and dick massage along wtih an Arnica cream to speed recovery, but I’d rather avoid the bruising in the first place if possible.

Any advice? I’ve read through all of the posts with related topics and haven’t had much luck with the suggestions there.

Simply put, ease back into it. Even after just 2 days off, I do as well for this exact reason. Usually around 2/3 vacuum for half, or so, time. Not uncommon at all.

I’ll admit, I have skipped rest days from time to time to avoid the issue, but stealth was never a concern for me. Go half/half on your first day back. Twice if you can, with a good break between. i.e. morning/evening.

-Stay safe

Thanks 114. This is what I’ve been experimenting with the past few weeks and I think it helps. It has reduced the burst capillaries by 50%. I still need to fine tune it, but I’ve been starting my routine with 3hg for 5 minutes.

It’s tough though. I always want to jump back into my routine where I left off. I really have to hold myself back.

Curious though if there are any other warm up tips that help prevent the burst capillaries.

Good advice. I had similar issue when hanging. I had to do the same thing, keep Monday lighter than the other days.

It shows you how quickly the penis can decondition.

I’m still pretty new to all this, but I’ve noticed that days where I don’t spend a full five minutes on a hot wrap before my session, I tend to get more of the burst caps. But if I take the time to wrap well, properly getting heat in there, then I have less issues - they’re already much more receptive to increased blood flow.

Quick update: I took 3 weeks off to let my dick heal. I had been pumping with a pretty good routine for about 6 months and so a break to heal was in order. Just started back up again last week and not seeing any burst capillaries. I theorize that my dick just needed a recovery break.

Interestingly, when I started back into my routine last week, my EQ was through the roof and I was packing the base as soon as I enter the tube. Onward to 5.5” girth!
