Capillaries in the shaft

Lately my erections aren’t lasting as long despite my frantic kegeling. Is it a nerve issue?

My question is

1) Is it possible I might have damaged capillaries in my manhood?
2) Do these fix themselves?

It doesn’t seem that you have damaged your capillaries of you manhood. You don’t “damage” your muscles by working them out.

You might have overworked yourself, take a few days rest. See how it goes.

But yes, depending on how damaged capillaries are, they fix themselves. There is no way that you could have done permanent damage anyhow just from Kegels.
