Can anyone suggest a good routine for a busy guy? One that will give results.

I’m such a busy guy as well, I work from 7AM til 8PM - break time : 12 PM to 2PM, and here is what I’m doing..
- I do manual stretching 10 to 15 minutes while I’m taking a bath in the afternoon (after lunch and before going back to work again).
- Kegeling while driving car
- Wet jelqing at night before going to bed
I sometimes do some manual streching while I’m working on something at my desk (in my room, ofcourse).
Wish it tells you something, forget it if you found it’s rediculous :D
