C Grip vs Ok Grip

C Grip vs Ok Grip

When jelqing I have seen conflicting guidance regarding the grip. Some folk recommend a C grip over the OK grip in the tutorials. I searched and didn’t find much.. Maybe I need to work on my search skills.

My questions are:
1) is the c grip better? Is there consensus?
2) I’m assuming when they say c grip, it is an alternating C, reverse C based on the change of hands. Am I correct?

Thanks all.

Hi bmur29, welcome to Thunder’s man. How are you doing?

1) “C-grip” avoids pressure on the bottom side and on top bottom side of the penis. These 2 regions must be away from pressure. At the top, we have nerves and at the bottom, CS and urethra. Not about being better, it is safer. And for people that have “turkey neck”, OK grip can be tricky.

2) “C-grip” will act on the sides of the penis, on both CC. While in regular “OK grip” your thumb and the indicative finger got together, at C Grip they don’t meet each other (depends on your girth. They can touch each other, but staying away from your CS).

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Thanks Useless. Happy to be part of the forum.

Yeah, that is what kind of piqued my interest in the C grip.. I think I may have squeezed a little too hard yesterday. My left nut was a little sore and my dick felt tingly all day. Feeling went away this morning and I had a nice boner this morning so it looks like all is fine but it kind of scared me a little. I was following the newbie routine maybe just got a little too aggressive. I really like the way I feel after I finish the routine even though it’s only been a few days.

Thanks for the links I will read them all the way through.

At this early stages is easy to get hurt / to develop an injury, because: penis is PE-virgin (never had this kind of stress), excitement is sky-high, anxiety to grow fast etc. Soon you get over this, is all about happiness. Not easy tho, PE is hard work (patience-wise, routine setup, schedule setup etc), time and consistency.

There’s a little more to it than which is better and, in my opinion, the C grip and the OK grip can be used for different exercises.

As stated, the OK grip can put a lot of pressure on the nerves along the top of the penis but as long as you aren’t causing pain it should be alright to use. Notice when you use this grip the CS and glans absorb a lot of the motion (if you have any amount of erection). I have gained a small bit of girth and rounded out my CS while increasing my erect glans size using the OK grip over 6 months or so when I first started PE. However, it wasn’t until I converted to the C grip that I noticed the huge amount of force that was being applied to the CC and exercising the entire length of the tunica. It was only after using the C grip that I began to measure girth increases in the CC and a wider penis.

I think I’ve brought it up a time or two before but it never caught much attention, and I’m not much for PE discussion anyways. But, I really would like to hear others’ opinions on the matter and their personal experiences with the different techniques being directly related to different types of gains.

I think that makes sense Lawman and my personal experience agrees. A close grip also can put too much pressure on the urethra, with tears and bleeding; or pain in the glans. I think the ending of the dorsal nerve is in the glans, and compressing a lot of blood there can cause bad injures. Not that we have many reports of those, luckily.
