Coffee/excess caffeine causes adrenal fatigue. I drink it 4 times a week as a preworkout and drink black/green tea daily. I need to transition completely to green tea but it doesn’t give that same preworkout ooomph. Ever see those people that drink a shit ton of coffee, they always look aged and weathered. Just sayin.

Caffeine = bigger erections. Decades ago, I had a junior high PE teacher (as in, physical education) who told me: “Coffee makes your pecker hard.” Yeah, you could say things like that back then.
