So today I was thrown a huge curve ball. I found out that caffeine affects not only flaccid length but even erection quality if consumed too much. Maybe this is why I’m a grower 😆

I don’t do any drugs, not prescribed any drugs, don’t smoke and maybe have one beer a week if that. But, I do love my coffee and it is also used as a pre workout for me. I normally on average drink about 3-4 cups a day.

I guess I’m gonna have to wean myself down to 2 cups a day. Plus, I hate dependency upon anything, so if helping my penis gains means cutting down on coffee, I’m all in.

Read a few articles if you guys are interested, but it basically affects blood pressure, your sleep quality, the nervous system (why it makes your flaccid smaller), all which in turn can affect your gains.

I am in that road too my friend, I am used to drink 3~4 cups of coffee a day, because I feel the need to drink something warm, I am replacing it with tea, black and green, unfortunetely green tea is expensive right now, so the majority is black tea, and sometimes I drink one cup of coffee with my grandmother after lunch.

Great that means more coffee for me. If you get rid of all the coffee I bet you won’t notice the difference.

I used to consume 4-6 shots of espresso on a daily basis during my first few years at college and cutting back really helped with overall health and EQ. It’s a vasoconstrictor so it can certainly effect EQ and flaccid hang. I’ve seen a few things saying that caffeine can actually be good for sex at lower doses because it’s a stimulant and what not, but it’s a double edged sword.

Edit: Jimmy, what makes you think that cutting out coffee wouldn’t make a difference?

Coffee really makes me shrivel, I now drink one espresso per day usually first thing in the morning. I used to drink 3-4 coffees per day but it really messed up my stomach.

Caffeine affects me for about 4 hours, then for an hour or so afterwards my blood pressure drops below normal, trying to get a boner can be challenging in this state.

I’ve tried giving up coffee completely but I love the taste, so my morning espresso is enough.

I never saw an issue.

From what I read, nothing under 150mg of caffeine (2 strong cups of coffee) a day will have any negative impacts on the penis especially if not consumed hours before bed.

But I drink 3-4 a day, everyday. And I do feel it may be affecting my flaccid size/blood flow to the penis. I also drink most of this coffee if not all of it during a fasted state since I don’t eat my first meal until about 4pm (intermittent fasting).

So I guess I may have to see how this affects things. I have noticed slight erection issues sometimes right after an intense workout or after consuming 3 cups and I feel the jitters a bit, especially because of the combination of arousal plus large amounts of caffeine gets the heart pumping fast.

So I shall give it a try, plus, I would rather not need that much coffee either way. I’ll have to post about my results on this thread in a month or two. Wish me luck 😬

I want to have gains in flaccid length, so coffee has to go out, but also because of darkening of my teeths now that I have taken out my braces and I discovered that coffee gave me teeth sensibility. So 1 cup of coffee per day, I hope in one month stop with it.

At one point I was on ECA stack taking 800 -1000mg of caffeine a day. I wanna hop back on it to lose some more weight but It gave me turtling and garbage EQ + a 1 hour pump session would deflate after 2 hours. It’s like half an inch for every 40lbs lost and I could lose 80 more lbs and be a comfortable weight. When I went from 420 to 300 my dick went from 4 to 7

Tea also has caffeine in it, be careful.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Wait, so caffeine is bad? I usually take 440mg before my weight lifting workouts. Of course since its considered a PED i wont take in season.

And to QL, I don’t think decaf would have any negative side effects towards PE due to the very, very small amount of caffeine that is in it. It’s only the caffeine part in the coffee that can have an effect on things.

When I first started PE, I drank preworkout everyday, a cup of coffee and energy drink for the day and never had an issue
