well, what is a “wrist wrap”?? Seen a bit about it here, but nothing much concrete. Can anyone tell me what it is, how to use it, and what are the benefits/drawbacks are?

The “wrist wrap” is a PE safety device. Men sometimes become overzealous in straight up stretching, loose their grip at a critical moment and smash themsleves in the forehead. The “wrist wrap” is used to tether the hand to a suitable fixture, thus avoiding concussion.
Perhaps someone else has a better explanation?
