Avocet8 or other exp'd person please answer

I got a Dr Joel pump Tuesday (locally) and it came with 2 1/4” for main unit & 3 1/2 for main unit and sac but anyway I think thats kinda of big for me 6 1/4 x 5 enbp so today I went to get 1 3/4
(because of what you have said as well as size charts) but I could not find one anywhere so I got 2” from Boston pump. I used Wednesday it didn’t feel to big, no air leaks, but I had space every where but at very bottom. My head was close but not touching, I have a big head anyway. I only went 10 minutes @ appx 3 inHG to be safe. **QUESTIONS ARE **

1) Are all cylinders a little different in size anyway?

room than what you need is that when deformities happen?

3) What would you do if $$$ is tight, keep the 2 ” or order the right one 1 3/4 ?

I’ll give my answers but I am not the only vet here so I hope the others will chip in, too.

1) Are all cylinders a little different in size anyway?
I assume that although there may be differences in lengths offered by different manufacturers, the inside diameter must be whatever they claim it is, eg; 1.75 inch, 2.00, etc.

2) If you use one that is 1/4 too big but it seals fine, but has more
room than what you need is that when deformities happen?

Deformities are probably more likely when there is a greater difference than that.

If you are getting a tight seal at the base and not repeatedly sucking one or both balls up into the cylinder, stay with the 2” diameter one. You may see some more head growth. If you are near to the sides with your glans now, you may find over time that you are packing at the glans. This is fine so long as you use a lot of lube so you don’t get skin drag against the dry cylinder wall.

Depends on how fast you grow. There are slow growers and fast growers.

What do you do when you get those pesky red dots? I don’t mean what do you put on them like rubbing on Vit E I mean do you stop pumping for a day or two or do you do like me and keep to the routine.

To you’re question (Appx how long do you stay in one tube if you are a newbie?) I don’t have a Dr Joel Pump nor do I know anything about pumping your balls, but for just your penis I go by Avocet8’s routine that’s in the post #1 in Vacuum Pumping 101. I know that you said that you only went 10min at 3HG to be safe, I still can’t go over 3.5HG in mine without it being a little hurtful so I don’t and I still get pretty good results.

It’s the blotchy, larger areas that concern me and I give them a day or two off from PE to resolve. In my case, these blotchy areas can result in pigment changes - darkening to a blackish sort of tinge. Fortunately all mine are on the underside of the shaft and resemble normal circumcision scars. But if I get any more of them, it will begin to resemble an abused dick so I have become ultra-careful.

I know what you mean about the circumcision scars my penis is very dark for my skin tone it looks like it’s the only part of my body that’s got a tan, also my circumcision scars are darker than any part of my body. When I first started to do PE I thought I had some kind of bruising on the under side of my shaft near the head, but of course it wasn’t.
