Can Comp And Vac Hanging Be Done Together?
So I’ve currently been comp hanging for a month but I see this might be an issue the heavier I go, currently at 3kg. I just don’t like the pressure on the head. I recently ordered a LGH as I read it’s the best vac out there. I figured a month in hasn’t really built me up yet but is that gonna be an issue switching to vac? I understand I’ll probably be starting lighter anyway.
Also, have ppl done both? Like preexhaust with the heavier comp hang for 20min n then 1hr set of the vac hang?
