Can heating pad be used for warmup
I don’t wanna keep heating and re heating a rice sock or do the same with a towel .. Has anyone tried some type of heating pad or something to use for warmup? Thanks.

If you do end up buying a heating pad, I’d suggest one that specifically says that the heating pad uses “Moisture Heat” (or something along the lines of moisture heat… moisture being the key word) on the box.
A heating pad can be useful, just remember that even after a little bit (~30 minutes?) the water will need to be dunked in warm/hot water again, as the cloth the pad’s usually come with seems to have the moisture “sucked out of it” (I’d assume this is how the moisture pad works though).
