I haven’t been doing my PE like I should have. I’ve been working and going through stuff. I also been masterbating a lot. But this is day 2 without doing it. It’s gonna stay that way. I’m also gonna do PE 2 on 1 off. On top of my workouts everyday. I’m trying to change my lifestyle around as well. I’m not gonna drink soda anymore and try to steer clear of junk foods. I’m not fat by any means (6’2.5 154lbs) but everyone can benefit from this approach as I see it. Also hopefully this will help me get my confidence up not only about my muscles but my member as well. I just made this post to let you guys know that this will be a new chapter for me. I can’t sit around and mope all day. I changed my password on here so I don’t keep forgetting and I can log in whenever I want. I’ll admit, almost everyday I’ve done PE I felt as though I was just wasting my time…hell I still do. But I know if I stick it out good will come.

Well, I’m now 24 and I know that feeling. I mean, that size matters and “my good size” really relaxes me with ANY woman. Even during interview, casual acquaintance or some of the sort. I mean, where my sex-possibilities doesn’t matter - they still affect my self-presentation and behaviour. So, quite big point here.

Also, around 4 or 6th May I started Calisthenics exercise program from Chris Heria (find his Channel on youtube, COOL GUY) - with my body greatly improving it’s physical form I just really feel a bit alpha here xDDD hate “alpha characters” in men as a whole (alphas in russian reality real scumbags) and trying to avoid them by myself in all cases, but just laugh hard now, as my physics improves my mentality at a GREAT SCALE.

Another point here: earlier you start - better/bigger you get!) My initail gains from PE-like traingings even without Thunder’s forum was 2+ cm in length in just 2-3 months(during my 20-21 y.o.).

So, main point here - your whole life you will interact with people(after graduation from uni even more) and statistically there would be more women among them ;) polish, improve and adapt!

I get what you saying. Yeah man. I just wanna be happy with myself all around. It’s not because I care what others think. I beat MYSELF up over it.
