Can I Get To 6.5 Girth From 5.5 mid Shaft Erect Girth

I’m currently 5.5 girth and 5.9 base girth. But I would like to go to 6.5 is it possible and where can I find the proper routines for beginners?

Hello, I’m new here but I’ll say it’s possible, I’m on the third week of the newbie routine (You can find it in the bottom of this page by clicking in Routines) I was 4.5” mid girth and now 4.8” obviously the fast growth it’s newbie gains and from now on I’ll be slower but I’m sure winning one inch it’s totally possible.

About the newbie routine I started whit the 5 minutes stretching and 10 minutes jelqing adding one additional minute of stretching and 3 of jelqing every 7 days until I reach 10 minutes stretching and 30 jelqing, after I reach those times I’ll keep the routine for 1 more month and then change to the JP90 (you should read about looks pretty good, but it’s not for beginners).

If you are completely new my advice it’s to have patience, don’t jelq completely hard, wait for the erection to go down and continue one jelq properly done it’s better than 100 done wrong, don’t use too much force, be consistent, and follow the routine don’t increase the times more than recommend after all you don’t bench press 200lbs on your first day at the gym it has to be progressive.

And lastly my own inspiration and way of thought it’s that big changes doesn’t exist when it comes to PE there’s only small changes that ad up to make a big one, if I gain only 0.10” girth each month after the newbie gains, so what?. In 10 months I will reach my goal, so let’s keep going

0.1 girth each month is awesome. I’d guess the ideal routine would give you 1.2 inches and length per year and 0.8 inches of girth per year.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button. Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Once your dick is conditioned look into pumping. I increased my girth by over one inch after following a fairly aggressive pumping routine. However, it took 4 to 5 years.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Le thanks for the advice. I’m wondering if the gains we get is what we would’ve had if we where growing up under optimal health conditions in the first place.. Because I see a tendency of fitter persons getting more gains.
