Hi,

I’m a PE beginner. I started hanging with 2 lbs 5 days ago. I will do my best to reach 10 lbs in one month. I can hang at least two 2 hours per day and do some manual (side-to-side stretches) during the day. I’m planning to maintain this routine for 5 months. This makes approximately 400 hours in total. I was wondering if that routine is enough to go from 6.2” x 4.6” to 7.1” x 5.1” in that amount of time (400 hours). I know that it may be possible for length since newbies gain length fast, but I don’t know about girth. Is this realistic regarding girth? If not, what should I add to my routine?

I think that there are too many individual variables for someone else to say. Give it a shot, check your progress at some point and if you aren’t seeing results, change your routine. Your own body is your best adviser on this one.

Don’t do this!! This will strengthen your ligaments and make it harder to grow (I’ve even heard of guys shortening their penis a little bit by moving up too fast). The goal is to weaken the ligaments in order to deform them so that they can grow longer. I’m assuming you want a longer penis not a stronger penis. With that being said, don’t take days off, cause then your ligaments recover; rather, we want them to stay weak constantly. So do light days of just 1-2 sets instead of taking the day off to prevent strengthening of the ligaments.

I’m new to PE as well, right now I’m hanging at 3.75lb for my first set or two before dropping, and I’m already up 1/3” in a little over a month. Basically, you want to reach fatigue with the least amount of weight as possible.

First of all if you haven’t done the newbie routine you should start with that. Hanging without conditioning could cause you to get injured.

If you choose to ignore that and hang anyway follow boom Shires advice. You absolutely do not want to move up in weight that fast. My last hanging stint which gave me a solid half inch in length, it took me 8 or 9 months to reach 10lbs. You want to make your dick longer not stronger.

To answer your question yes it is possible to attain your goal in that amount of time. Then again you might not. Some people grow fast. Some grow extremely slow.

I’ve been hanging for nearly 4 months. I’m using less than 4lbs and seeing gains.

I think if your dick isn’t that conditioned to hanging then it is important to take rest days at the start till you dick gets up to speed. Then once you are have a bit of practice and got used to things you can for light days instead of rest days, this advice is in the 101 guide but it tends to get overlooked. Best to take it slow with any new approach.
