Can I Reach my Goal with this Routine?
Hi,
I’m a PE beginner. I started hanging with 2 lbs 5 days ago. I will do my best to reach 10 lbs in one month. I can hang at least two 2 hours per day and do some manual (side-to-side stretches) during the day. I’m planning to maintain this routine for 5 months. This makes approximately 400 hours in total. I was wondering if that routine is enough to go from 6.2” x 4.6” to 7.1” x 5.1” in that amount of time (400 hours). I know that it may be possible for length since newbies gain length fast, but I don’t know about girth. Is this realistic regarding girth? If not, what should I add to my routine?
