Can I stop now
I’ve bin doing PE for almost a year now. I have reached my goal of 1.5” and I am more than happy with this so can I stop PE or will I loose my gain?

I would do a cementing stage to keep them. Do your routine once or twice a week for a month or 2 (or 3) and slowly reduce it, then you should be ok.
On the 8th of Feb you said you’d been PEing a week, now you’re saying its a year?
