Can PE Cause Carpel Tunnel?

Can PE Cause Carpel Tunnel?

I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain/inflammation in both my arms lately. The doctor thinks that carpel tunnel is a possibility. I don’t do very many repetitive activities. The only thing I can think of is the PEing that I’m doing for about 40 minutes 2 days on, 1 day off. Is that enough to be causing this?

Why not stop for a few weeks and see for yourself?

Hi Master Splinter,

You can also strengthen your forearms by using the Dynaflex ball.

Here’s their website: ** infringing products dont buy **

PE is quite stressful on my fingers, wrists, and forearms, so I wouldn’t be surprised if person get injuries in those areas.

Try stretching your fingers, wrists, and forearms lightly regularly. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes per day. That usually makes me feel better, although I’m not sure if that will have any effect on carpel tunnel syndrome.

Look at the position of your wrists when you stretch, jelq and squeeze. Try to limit the angle between the forearm and the hand. When you stretch it is better to use a straight arm and apply the force from your shoulders and the weight of your own body (e.g. keep a straight arm and lean forward as you stretch).
