Can someone explain using an ADS

Or explain what an ADS is exactly. I looked up on it but am still kind of confused as to what it really is. If so I’d appreciate it.

A 5 minutes warm-up
5 minutes of the beginning stretching routine
3 sets of rotating stretches
10 min of jelqing (Remember to jelq in three second strokes.)
If you have time, do a 5 minute warm-up at the end of your workout

I don’t know anything about All Day Stretching, really. What does the device look like?

ADS comes in a wide variety, from Monty’s PEWeights to monkeybar’s AutoADS, with a bunch of commercial junk in-between. Generally speaking, the idea is to keep your junk stretched out for long periods of time so that it ‘heals’ there.

I wouldn’t worry about it yet, just focus on basics.
Jelq and stretch, baby, jelq and stretch.

You’re three to six months away from the next step, use that time to browse and study here.
