Can You Have Too Much Variety in Stretching?
My current stretching routine consists of 4 sets. Each set is constructed as follows:
Straight Out - 30 s.
BTC - 60 s.
Straight Out Bundled - 60 s.
Straight Up - 30 s.
Left - 30 s.
Right 30 s.
V Stretch - 60 s.
Inverted V - 30 s.
Obviously, I warm up and down. I follow the stretching with 20 - 30 minutes of wet jelq.
Here’s my question: Is working all these varies stretches together good? Or have I introduced so much variety that I will actually toughen my penis, rather than lengthen it? Basically, is a balanced approach OK, or should I really consider a routine concentrating on fewer methods?
