Can you have two jelq sessions in one day?

Can you have two jelq sessions in one day? I did a set of 200 jelqs 6 hours ago. Would it be beneficial or a hindrance to do 200 more now or soon?

200 Jelqs is enough for one day, if you are following the Newbie Routine on a 2 On 1 Off schedule, then take at least 24 hours of rest between consecutive workouts, and 48 for your day off.

While it may seem little, it does wonders for your penis. PE is a long term process, give it time, and be patient, your penis will thank you for it.
